About the Role:
As a Senior Product Owner within our Product department, you will lead the execution of our Signing solutions. Your mission is to drive the product roadmap efficiently while balancing new developments with essential baseline maintenance. In this tactical role, you will act as a mentor within the tribe, fostering an innovative mindset to enhance product value and ensuring that every delivery meets our high standards of quality and operational excellence.
What you will do:
Own the product roadmap and prioritize tasks based on sound technical and business principles, independently resolving most conflicts.
Ensure product excellence by managing cross-functional requirements from Support, Customer Success, and Security, balancing the roadmap with essential maintenance, migrations, and system reliability.
Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they are clearly understood by relevant teams.
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to align work with the product strategy.
Use product KPIs and business metrics to optimize product and team performance, business value, and backlog prioritization.
Guide the product from the discovery phase to its release to customers.
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager/Team Lead to define and optimize the product vision.
Define innovative functional solutions that boost product value.
What we expect:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a Master’s level preferred in software engineering or similar.
8+ years of experience in product development within B2B and SaaS environments; experience in digital identity or similar sectors is a strong plus.
Mastery of agile ways of working (Kanban, Scrum).
Previous experience as a product owner with a strong knowledge of customer experience best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
What we consider as a plus:
You have some familiarity with the eIDAS framework and are comfortable working in regulated environments, including managing compliance and audit processes
Understanding of security protocols, encryption, and data protection regulations that are critical in maintaining the integrity and security of digital signing products.
Experience working with complex ecosystems where compliance, privacy, and security are key priorities, demonstrating the ability to navigate and influence in highly regulated environments.
A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate regulatory changes and incorporate compliance considerations into product planning and development.
A strong grasp of the digital identity landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, which allows for proactive and innovative product development.
Product Owner (PO) certification or course validation is a plus.

Salary
4000-5200 €/monthly gross. We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
