🚀 The role
We are actively seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Salesforce Administrator. Your contributions will be instrumental in the continual enhancement of our Salesforce platform and connected systems.
You will work with the team to improve the day-to-day productivity and operational effectiveness of the entire company and ensure deliverables related to the productivity of our sales, product, and finance teams through intelligent workflows, reliable data, and scalable systems. This role is key in shaping our business processes and requires a blend of technical Salesforce expertise and business analysis.
As our Salesforce Administrator, you'll step into a pivotal role in ensuring user- and business satisfaction and the seamless operation of the Signicat Salesforce Platform. You will have a large customer base in all our colleagues across locations where your main responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Act as a Salesforce Administrator, working alongside the Salesforce team to maintain, optimize, and develop our Salesforce platform and its integrations with connected 3rd party components and services, including ERP, external subscription management and billing systems.
Ensure that our assisted sales- and online sales channels are operating efficiently. This involves maintaining and improving our Quote-to-Cash flows and related business processes.
Engage with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, scope solutions, and translate them into functional specifications. This includes acting as a business analyst to identify areas for process improvement and designing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Contribute to the mapping and improvement of end-to-end enterprise process flows, including those interacting with our ERP system and other core business platforms.
Hands-on configuration and improvement of the Salesforce platform through all phases of development/configuration and deployment.
Hands-on configuration of new and existing Salesforce features, including user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, page layouts, custom fields, and validation rules.
Understanding and Experience with Salesforce customizations and common Salesforce configuration flows.
Creation of well-written documentation, both process and functional.

You are proficient in all aspects of the Salesforce platform and have a strong understanding of sales processes and flows.
You are technical and want to grow. This implies that you preferably have knowledge and/or experience with the administration of the Salesforce platform and its different service offerings.
3+ years of Salesforce administrator experience, release management, and deployment expertise.
Functional knowledge of 3rd party applications that integrate with Salesforce, particularly ERP, external subscription management and billing systems.
Experience with ERP functionality and an understanding of core enterprise processes (e.g., quote-to-cash) and their integration points with Salesforce is highly beneficial.
You have experience and a deep understanding of the quote-to-cash processes and how these are supported by the Salesforce platform and connected systems.
You hold a Salesforce Administrator certification, and we greatly appreciate and recognize the value of substantial practical experience.
Experience in business analysis, gathering requirements, and scoping business processes is highly desirable.
You enjoy having close contact with people where you can understand different points of view.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests.
You speak and write English fluently.

Salary
4,000-5200 €/mon. gross. We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
