About the Role:
The SEO & Organic Growth Specialist owns and drives the SEO and organic growth roadmap for signicat.com and priority markets within the overall marketing strategy, with a focus on strengthening and scaling a structured SEO programme. You play a key role in driving pipeline-relevant organic traffic and visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI/LLM-driven discovery experiences. Working closely with the content team, web, marketing operations and demand generation, you help optimise our digital presence across 8 core European markets and support Signicat’s growth journey. You’re comfortable taking ownership and keen to keep learning as SEO and AI-driven search evolve.
What you will do:
- Own and drive the SEO and organic growth strategy and roadmap for signicat.com and priority markets within the overall marketing strategy. Lay the foundations and scale a repeatable SEO engine aligned with company, local and regional goals.
- Develop and execute localised SEO activities for each core market, balancing long-term priorities with short-term “quick wins”.
- Work closely with the demand generation, the content team, product marketing, regional marketing and web development to plan, brief and optimise content and customer journeys based on SEO and organic insights, and coordinate contributions from these teams.
- Liaise with agencies on keyword research, SEO recommendations and localisations, in close collaboration with the demand generation team.
- Implement and manage hreflang and other multilingual SEO best practices to ensure scalable indexing and ranking for multi-language content across European markets.
- Conduct conversion-driven keyword and topic research (incl. local search behaviour), on-page optimisation and technical SEO audits to enhance visibility.
- Identify and drive regional link-building, partnerships and content improvements to strengthen domain authority and topical relevance in core markets.
- Coordinate with external technical SEO experts and web development partners to prioritise and follow up on SEO items in the technical backlog for signicat.com.
- Monitor, analyse and report on SEO and organic performance across markets, and translate insights into clear recommendations for content, web and campaign teams.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm and regional search updates, and continuously adapt our approach as search and AI-driven discovery evolve – including emerging areas such as AI integration optimisation (AIO), answer engine optimisation (AEO) and generative engine optimisation (GEO).
- Share SEO insights and good practices with colleagues through guidelines, knowledge sharing and occasional training.
What we expect:
- 3–5 years of experience in SEO, ideally in a B2B/SaaS environment, with a strong track record of hands-on execution.
- Experience working across multiple European markets with an understanding local search trends and behaviours.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page and technical SEO, particularly multilingual SEO (hreflang, multi-market site structures).
- Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.
- Experience collaborating with demand generation, marketing operations and/or paid search teams to improve landing pages and overall performance.
- Strong motivation to use AI-assisted tools in day-to-day SEO tasks for research, analysis and content optimisation.
- You may not tick every box yet, but you’re excited to build, own and grow the SEO and organic growth roadmap in this role.
Key personality traits:
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment, while staying focused on outcomes.
- Proactive and curious, with a strong drive and sense of accountability for organic performance.
- Structured and analytical, able to translate data and insights into clear priorities and actions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with content, web, product marketing, regional marketing, paid and tech stakeholders.
- High degree of autonomy while aligning on goals and priorities with the manager and relevant stakeholders.
