About the Role
Do you have a passion for helping people and solving problems? We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and ensure our customers enjoy a seamless and outstanding experience with our services.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of multimarket, distributed team across Europe, working closely with teammates in Lithuania and other key markets.
What you will do:
Provide prompt and professional assistance via our ticketing system and by phone to our B2B customers and partner.
Manage requests efficiently - log, validate, and categorize new support requests while ensuring timely escalation and resolution of complex issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve - investigate and diagnose general issues, applying strong problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions.
Collaborate internally - work closely with various internal teams to address customer needs and continuously improve our service offerings.
Maintain documentation - create and update clear documentation for both customers and internal processes.
Grow and represent - participate in ongoing training opportunities and represent our company with professionalism in every interaction.
Adhere to policies - uphold company guidelines and policies in all work activities.
The position involves working in shifts as part of a structured schedule.
What we expect:
1+ years experience in customer support or similar role.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
A genuine commitment to delivering support that adds value for our customers.
What we consider as a plus:
Previous experience working in a tech company.
Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical problems.
Familiarity with help-desk systems.
Bachelor’s degree.
Lithuanian language.

Salary
2000-2500 €/month gross. We’re open to discussing a competitive salary based on your skills, experience, and competencies.
