Role description

We are now hiring a Demand Generation Specialist to elevate our digital marketing efforts across Europe.

You’ll take ownership of critical digital assets—landing pages, forms, and funnel pages—to drive high-impact demand generation in a B2B SaaS context. Your work will align closely with paid media campaigns, performance strategies, and experimentation.

Drive Conversions Through Smart Optimisation

• Analyse and optimise landing pages and forms to increase conversion rates.
• Use tools like Microsoft Clarity to detect friction points and improve user experience.
• Plan and run A/B tests for messaging, design elements, and calls to action.
  
  

Build High-Impact Landing Pages End-to-End

• Create and maintain high-performing landing pages using Craft CMS or similar tools.
• Design, launch, and iterate independently without relying on development teams.
• Ensure pages are optimised for speed, mobile usability, and conversion outcomes.
  
  

Champion a Culture of Testing and Innovation

• Run rapid experiments to validate new tactics and strategies.
• Test innovative ideas and assess scalability across different European markets.
  
  

Bring Proven B2B SaaS Experience

• Demonstrated success in B2B demand generation with complex sales cycles.
• Skilled at building and optimising paid media funnels tailored to decision-makers.
• Aligns strategy with business goals to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
  
  

Operate Independently with the Right Tools

• Confident using platforms such as Figma, Canva, analytics tools, and landing page builders.
• Quickly adapts to new technologies and platforms to meet team needs.
  
  

About you

• Appropriate degree in a related field.

• At least 5 years experience in a relevant marketing position

• The ability to balance multiple demands and activities successfully, effectively prioritizing workload

• Proactive personality with a strong drive and sense of accountability

• You may not possess every requirement of the role, but you have the motivation to learn and develop

• Strong collaborative skills with various types of stakeholders

• Fluent in English.

Salary
3000-3800 €/month gross. We’re open to discussing a competitive salary based on your skills, experience, and competencies.
