Role Description
In this senior leadership role, you’ll set the vision and strategy for our high-performing Enterprise Marketing team, driving field marketing, branding, global campaigns, product marketing, content strategy and implementation, digital always-on campaigns, as well as global communication and PR, all with optimum ROI across European markets and beyond.
You’ll lead integrated marketing planning, manage a complex marketing portfolio, and champion innovation, leadership, and execution excellence. As the Head of Enterprise Marketing, you will report to the Chief Product & Marketing Officer and work alongside our SM & Online Channels Marketing Leader.
We're looking for a strategic B2B SaaS marketer with strong digital skills with the ability to use AI tools to rethink and challenge ways of working, excellent commercial acumen, and experience leading cross-functional teams spread across multiple markets. Key responsibilities:
- Sets the department vision and strategy and ensures that they support the company goals and business growth
- Conducts strategic marketing analysis that will help guide marketing messages
- Leads the development of all marketing plans, including preparing and effectively managing monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Ensures the implementation of effective marketing strategies
- Monitors, reviews, and reports on all marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI)
- Develops the corporate brand identity in consultation with senior managers, executives, and partners
- Manages creative agencies, communications, AR, and retainer partners
- Works collaboratively with other areas of the business, including product management, PX, and Commercial teams to ensure progression toward business KPIs
- Acts as advisor to the CPMO and to other executives' market insights and trends
- Implements marketing best practices and processes, embedding these into the team
- Ensures that all current marketing and copyright regulations comply with accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation
- Promotes and embeds strong and inspirational leadership in the entire team by demonstrating the company’s values and championing the leadership behavior framework
- Routinely shares strategies, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends, with the broader team
- Sources talent to ensure the curation and retention of specialist skill sets across your teams
- Drives innovative ideas and solutions through leadership and decision-making action
- Ensures our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
- Has a complex marketing portfolio (segments, markets, activities, disciplines..)
- Defines and communicates on the ICP (Ideal Client Profile) for all customer segments and how to move them along the buying journey in the most effective way possible (with the highest ROI)
- Expands, develops, and maintains media relationships to create a positive external and internal image associated with brand recognition and brand loyalty
- Develops detailed strategies to improve ROI on marketing activities
Requirements
- Successful track record in senior marketing – in B2B Saas
- Strong commercial acumen
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including managing teams
- Relevant degree
- Strong digital skills - experienced understanding of building a digital marketing strategy across multiple markets to drive sales pipeline including strong use of AI tools to achieve efficiency in marketing
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets

- Strategic understanding / broad capacity of marketing and communication in general – needs to understand the various functions (product marketing, field marketing, content, PR, etc) and see how they interplay and support each other
- Can navigate / develop / keep an eye on many different types of activities and initiatives
- Can juggle between setting the strategic direction while still optimising / overseeing detailed execution across all marketing functions
