About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Group Financial Controller to consolidate our group financials and drive group-wide planning and control activities. In this role, you will play a key part in monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance, and leading financial reporting efforts. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania and will report to our Head of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare internal and external consolidated financial statements for the group.
• Oversee the annual reporting process for subsidiaries and branches.
• Monitor and report on the company’s financial performance.
• Lead period close reconciliations and reviews.
• Implement internal control procedures to ensure financial accuracy.
• Support accounting-related inquiries across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within financial processes.
• Participate in finance-related projects, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the IT industry.
• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of consolidation, reporting, and financial controlling.
• Experience in working with and implementing ERP systems (especially Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations).
• Experience with IFRS reporting and M&A.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary

3,500-4,000 €/month gross. We’re open to discussing a competitive salary based on your skills, experience, and competencies.
