About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer centric individual to join our team as a RegTech Client Services Associate. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients using the company’s regulatory technology solutions. This involves understanding the client needs, assisting with onboarding, providing product trainin and ensuring client satisfaction.
Preferably we are looking for an individual who has a desire to learn and grow in the exciting field of financial crime and regulation technology (RegTech).
RegTech Client Services Associate will work closely with client fraud and compliance teams and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions delivered by Signicat are in line with the requirements set out by clients and adhere to relevant market regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the company's regulatory technology solutions
- Attend client workshops and collaborate to understand their specific solution/regulatory requirements and help design services to meet their needs
- Lead the onboarding process of clients from requirements gathering to end-to-end testing, provide product demonstrations and ensure the smooth integration of RegTech products into client systems
- Provide ongoing support, answering product related questions and troubleshooting issues
- Ensure clients’ needs are met within agreed-upon timelines and issues are addressed promptly
Project Management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation and timely delivery of solutions for clients
- Track progress of client projects and report on milestones, timelines and risks
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate reports and dashboards using the BI tool “Looker”, using data insights to inform clients of potential improvements or risks related to their regulatory processes and offer solutions for optimisation
- Prepare quarterly client presentations highlighting trends, performance metrics and providing recommendations
Technical Skills
- Construct dynamic data pipelines (known as workflows) in LUA and produce supporting documents such as design documents, rules libraries, workflow illustrations, and data dictionaries
- Understand and work with 3rd party APIs services to meet client needs
Compliance & Risk Management
- Stay up to date with product updates and regulatory changes and conduct research on industry trends
- Ensure that clients are compliant with relevant regulatory standards by helping them to stay informed of any changes in the regulatory landscape
What we expect:
- Ability to engage and develop strong relationships with clients to deliver a high level of service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a jargon-free manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to share project learning and insights
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (e.g. Business, Finance, Law, Computer Science, Engineering or Math's)
- Foundational knowledge of scripting languages
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- This role is office based with some scope for home working based on discussions with the line manager
What we consider as a plus:
- Experience in customer account management in a B2B environment, ideally tech
- Experience in market verticals we serve e.g. Banking/Finance, Fintech, Payments, Online Gambling and Gaming and Crypto
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial crimes prevention, especially KYC and KYB

Salary
£30,000 - £45,000 per year. We are open to discuss your salary expectations to ensure alignment with your skills and competencies.
