About the Role:
As Inside Account Managers we have two main responsibilities. We close deals and expand our relationships with local and regional governments. On the other hand we are responsible for the sales and maintenance of Signicat’s We-ID brand (erecognition/eHerkenning tokens). You actively contribute to the future plans of the department and how we can connect more customers within both responsibilities.
You will join a team of energetic, commercial, and passionate Internal Account Managers. Together we are an ironclad team that doesn’t miss any commercial opportunity and satisfies our customers. You understand our customers' challenges (big and small) and together we solve these challenges. You can translate the challenges into commercial opportunities. You will work closely with the marketing and development teams to deliver the best results for the department.
What you will do:
- Proactively and reactively conversations with our customers. Targets are based on retention, growth, and goals of Signicat/We-ID
- Commercial negotiations with customers and prospects
- Efficient way of handling the sales process, commercial and administrative-oriented
- You are the main contact person for our customers and help them with their challenges and correctly advise them
- You manage the whole sales flow, from the first moment of contact until the onboarding of the customer

- Verbally and written strong, result-oriented inside sales executive who wants to help us achieve our goals
- Fluent in writing and speaking Dutch and English
- You can work under pressure
- Work and think-level of Higher Vocational Education
