About the role:
As a high-growth SaaS company on an exciting commercial excellence journey, we are seeking a dynamic individual to help shape the future of our sales organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your analytical rigor and strategic thinking from top-tier consulting to a fast-paced environment where you’ll make a tangible impact.
In the role as Sales Excellence & Operations Manager you will drive strategic initiatives to accelerate sales, improve sales operations processes, and enable data-driven decision-making across the commercial organization. You will drive change at every level, making it the perfect step for someone eager to transition into a transformative role at a fast-paced company in a high-growth industry.
You will work closely with the Head of Sales Excellence, CEO, Sales leadership, and wider commercial organization to define initiatives and ensure value realization.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales Excellence to define and execute the global Sales Excellence agenda, working closely with the CEO and Sales Business Unit Heads
- Lead the implementation of Sales Excellence initiatives and tools to drive commercial top-line performance and enable scalable growth
- Be an active sparring partner for Country Managers and Sales reps during the execution and adoption of new tools
- Drive concrete sales excellence end-products together with line organization
- Take ownership of the internal sales process landscape from a business perspective to ensure effective use and optimization of the CRM platform (Salesforce). Drive transformation activities, closely liaising with the Salesforce team
- Drive integration of acquired companies into Signicat sales processes including supporting migration of CRM and sales data
- Optimize sales operations processes, such as performance reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Act as Product Owner for Sales dashboards, coordinating requirements from Sales towards the internal development team building the dashboards
- Analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to inform strategic decisions, often delving deep into Excel to uncover trends and solve challenges
- Act as a liaison between sales teams and other departments to align on goals and projects
What we expect:
- Master’s degree in business or engineering
- 5+ years experience at a top-tier consulting firm, or other exceptional sales and strategy experience
- Pragmatic problem-solving and flexibility to respond quickly to changes
- Data-driven way of working and strong Excel skills
- High work ethic and results orientation
- Excellent English communication

- Knowledge of SaaS revenue models
- Any experience in sales / commercial excellence or hands-on as a sales rep

4000-5000 €/month gross. We’re open to discussing a competitive salary based on your skills, experience, and competencies.
