About the Role

We're looking for a versatile professional to take on a dual role as Product Owner & Compliance Specialist within our Product Department. Reporting to the Tribe Lead of our Sign API Tribe, you'll combine strategic product ownership with a deep focus on compliance for signing and trust services.

As Product Owner, you'll oversee the development and maintenance of products within the Sign API and trust services portfolio, with a particular focus on our Dokobit by Signicat platform. As Compliance Specialist, you'll ensure that our signing and trust services meet strict legal and standards requirements through policy development, compliance monitoring, and audit facilitation.

This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to shape both product strategy and compliance excellence.

Product Ownership: Manage and prioritize tasks for Signicat products based on technical and business principles, collaborating with teams to execute and document key initiatives.

Compliance Oversight: Maintain and update compliance policies and practices in close cooperation with product teams, product owners, tribe leads, and the security team.

Risk Management: Conduct risk analysis for changes across Sign API and trust services, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Audit Facilitation: Organize and support internal and external audits to meet stringent requirements for compliance and supervision, particularly for qualified trust services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse stakeholders to align product and compliance strategies. Some travel may be required.

What you will do:

• Own products and prioritize tasks based on sound technical and business principles.
• Work with the relevant teams to get tasks done and documented; some traveling must be expected.
• Maintain policies and practices in close co-operation with teams, other product owners and product managers, tribe leads, and Signicat’s security team.
• Conduct or assist in risk analysis of changes for all sign API and trust services, evaluation of changes towards standards, policies, and practices, and evaluation of needs to change policies, practices or routines.
• Organize internal and external audits of services as required.

What we expect:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science but can be in another topic
• Strong interest in quality and compliance of IT systems
• Understanding of both organizational and technical aspects of information security
• Knowledge of agile ways of working (Kanban, Scrum).
• Interest in provision of cloud services as products.
• Communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

What we consider as a plus:

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as eIDAS (Electronic Identification, Authentication, and Trust Services), GDPR, and other regulations that govern digital signing and trust services.
• Knowledge of relevant standards, such as ISO/IEC 27001/27002 and European standards for signing and trust services.

• Experience in products with strong compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with audit processes, including preparing for and managing external and internal audits related to digital signing and trust services.
• Product Owner or Product Manager experience.
• Knowledge of the digital identity area.

Salary

3000-4000 €/mon. gross. We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
