About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer centric individual to join our team as a juniors professional services analyst. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and ideally an interest in fraud detection and compliance/regulation. Preferably we are looking for an individual who has a desire to learn and grow in the exciting field of financial crime and regulation technology (RegTech).
The Junior Professional Services Analyst will work closely with client fraud and compliance teams and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions delivered by Signicat are in line with the requirements set out by clients and adhere to relevant market regulations.
What you will do:
- Attend client workshops and collaborate to understand their specific solution/regulatory requirements and help design services to meet their needs
- Lead the onboarding process of clients from requirements gathering to end-to-end testin
- Construct dynamic data pipelines (known as workflows) in LUA
- Picking up and closing tickets via the Zendesk CRM system
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of projects
- Generate reports and dashboards using the BI tool “Looker”
- Prepare quarterly client presentations highlighting trends and providing recommendations
- Produce supporting documents such as design documents, rules libraries, illustrations, etc
- Understand and work with 3rd party APIs services
- Conduct research and analysis on regulatory requirements and industry trends
What we expect:
- Ability to engage and develop strong relationships with clients to deliver a high level of service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a jargon-free manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to share project learning and insights
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (e.g. computer science, engineering, maths)
- Good foundational knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python, LUA)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- This role is office based with some scope for home working based on discussions with the line manager
What we consider as a plus:
- Experience in a fraud/compliance and/or B2B SaaS environment
- Experience in market verticals we serve e.g. Banking/Finance, Fintech, Payments, Online Gambling and Gaming and Crypt
- Experience in customer account management in a B2B environment, ideally tech
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial crimes prevention, especially KYC and KYB
