As the Salesforce sysadmin, you will manage and be responsible for our Salesforce implementation that supports Signicat’s business across all locations. The role has extensive interactions with all parts of Signicat’s organization and also external interactions with suppliers and partners.
You will develop and maintain the technical underpinnings of the Salesforce platform in Signicat with a strong focus on business process automation and self-service. You will work in tight collaboration with a wide range of internal stakeholders (sales, product, finance and technology). An important part of the job is to train superusers among such stakeholders to make them able to configure Salesforce for their respective needs.
The ideal candidate has higher education (preferably Masters degree) in computer science and at least 5 years of relevant working experience. Documented experience with Salesforce, preferably also certification as Salesforce Administrator and/or Technial Architect, is required as well as proficiency in English both verbally and written. Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
As a person you are structured and self-driven with a get-things-done and here-to-help attitude. You have a keen interest in the Salesforce ecosystem and a good overview and understanding of both Salesforce products and 3rd party products. The role is part of Signicat’s central Enterprise Platform unit that embraces all standard IT tools and services delivered to employees and partners. The primary workplace for the position is either in the Oslo or Trondheim office.
