First line Tech Support
We are looking for a first line Tech Support to join our team to help our customers have the best experience using our services. You will be responsible for resolving basic customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding our customers through features and functionalities. You’ll also help your colleagues from 2nd line and manage the incoming tickets and inbound phone calls. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support.
The primary responsibilities will include:
- Answer support inquiries via email and phone
- Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, provide resolutions if you can.
- Collaborate closely with 2nd and 3rd line technical support teams to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Gather customer feedback and advocate customer needs/issues
- Constantly work on improving processes and services
- Monitor the SLA agreements
- Manage the monthly customer reports
- 1+ years of (technical) support or related job experience
- Attention to details and SLA agreements (with high profile corporate customers).
- Excellent English and Dutch written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for helping people
- A team player
- Good organizational skills, ability to set priorities
- Job experience in IT company
- Experience with help-desk systems
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Understanding of work practices such ITIL would be a plus
